She has a natural talent for managing environments and behaviours alongside providing appropriate strategies to support. Jane oozes knowledge and enthusiasm. She is fantastic at building relationships with practitioners, children and also parents; gaining their respect and trust through her calm and professional manner.

“Children have been the main focus of my life. Watching children in play and their interactions with peers and supporting adults, I find fascinating and teaches us so much about what triggers behaviour . This is at the heart of my work.

I pride myself on my ability to form positive and strong relationships with settings. This enables me to inspire practitioners to explore and discover the communication behind the behaviour."

“I have known Jane for over 10 years and much of this has been working alongside her at a specialist setting for children with cognition and learning difficulties. Jane brings a huge amount of experience and knowledge to her work along with a decent amount of humour and realism. She is approachable , incredibly observant and has that rare skill of being able to quickly relate to whomever she is talking with, whether it be parent, teacher or young person. She provides clear, realistic advice that is doable and her overwhelming positivity is contagious. A truly skilled professional."
